There is no school Monday, April 8th, we hope you enjoy the long weekend. We will see everyone on Tuesday (April 9th)! 

PreSchool parents/guardians there will be no preschool on April 19th. 

2024/2025 SCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION- Registration for the 2024-2025 school year opened April 1st! Snapcode letters were mailed to all current preschool-eleventh grade students. Use the link provided to Register your student. 2024/2025 PRESCHOOL APPLICATION INFORMATION- The application process for the Greater Clark County Schools Preschool program opened April 1st! Please visit the link Preschool | Greater Clark County Schools to access the application. All preschool spots will be dependent upon availability and completion of the registration process. 

BOOK FAIR VOLUNTEERS- The Scholastic Book Fair will be held April 15-19. Students will shop during their weekly library class. Shopping assistant volunteers are needed! Volunteers must have a background check on file with the school office. It’s also time to set up your student’s eWallet, the most secure way for students to shop the Fair. YEARBOOK SALES-Yearbooks are on sale now! Yearbooks are $20.00 and will be on sale until April 19th.

2024 MULTICULTURAL FAIR – Make plans to attend the Multicultural resource fair on Monday, April 22nd at 5:00pm at Charlestown High School. More information will be sent home closer to the date. 

GCCS ELEMENTARY ART SHOW-Be sure to visit the GCCS Art Show April 11th-21st at the NOCO Art Center in Jeffersonville, IN. There will be an Artists’ Reception Friday, April 12th from 5-8PM.

PTO INFORMATION- McPirate Night will be April 9th from 4-7PM! The PTO meeting this month will be Wednesday, April 17th!
