PR Happenings 12/23/24
Good Evening PR Family!
This is the last week of school for quarter 2! Winter Break will be December 23rd- Jan.3rd. We will see students back on Monday, January 6, 2025.
For parents who have children with IEPs: Progress reports for your child’s IEP goals will be available to view through the EdPlan Connect platform, which is a secure place to access student records online. You should receive an email from noreply@pcgus.com with instructions on how to access the documents. If you have any questions or would like a printed copy, please contact your child’s Special Education Teacher or Speech-Language Pathologist.
LOST and FOUND ITEMS
Please remind your student(s) to check the lost and found area for any items they may be missing. This Friday, December 20th all items that are left in the lost and found after school will be donated to local charities.
PTO NEWS
Holiday Shop – The PTO will be hosting a holiday shop this coming week (December 16-20) where students can come in and purchase gifts for family and friends. Students will shop during their art special area. All items are $2 each and each student can purchase up to 8 items. We have items for kids, men, women, family and pets. Flyers were sent home on Friday. Please complete the shopping list and enclose it in an envelope along with their money and send it back in to school on their art day. There is an option to indicate if you’d like to make a donation to families who might not have the means for their child to shop. We are so excited to do this for the kids again this year!
PTO Meeting – The next PTO meeting will be Wednesday January 15th at 6pm in the PR cafeteria. We will be reporting back on the holiday shop and discussing ideas for a winter family night activity.
McPirate Night – The next McPirate Night will be Tuesday, January 14th from 4pm – 7pm. Come out to Charlestown McDonalds and support the PTO.
Spirit Wear Store- We will be swapping out designs in the PR Spirit Wear Store very soon, so please get any last minute orders in for the current designs asap! https://www.andreatheshirtlady.com/prspiritwear
